Metric records with publishable evidence, sufficient coverage and confidence under the site’s configured thresholds.

Modeled lifestyle baseline

A complete browsing baseline generated from available city context and regional patterns. It prevents empty profiles but is explicitly not a verified measurement.

Editorial assessment

Human-readable lifestyle guidance, neighborhood notes and “day in the life” material. It does not alter the core research score.
